Sooper, please leave Barbara alone.
Barbara, I think you are asking for the recipe to make Lassi. Sorry, I don't have one. But put the word through a search engine and you may find it. The recipe should be very simple anyway.

Barbara, To make lassi :
2-3 tbsp curd
salt to taste
roasted jeera(ground)
black salt(optional)
Put all this together and blend either in the mixer or with hand blender. add water to make at lest One glass. Top it with Ice(if want it cold)
and ur lassi is ready.
You may skip salt and all the above mentioned powders and opt for sugar to make sweet lassi. U will need a little more curd then as sweet lassi is generally had a bit thick.

Yoghurt and Water in the ratio 60:40
Salt
Curry leaves
1 longitudinally cut green chilly
Ginger 1/2 tsp
a drop of lemon juice for that tinnnnngy taste.
fenugreek 3 or 4 grains (Vendhayam?)
Jeera 1/4 tsp
salt
Beat Yoghurt in a blender with water and add curry leaves, green chilly, ginger, fenugreek, roasted jeera with salt to taste. Age it for 15 minutes (if patience is found in your dictionary) and drink it. Better yet, prepare this drink before having your food and let the finishing touch be this butter milk - that way you can avoid ageing - your ageing. Add a drop of lemon juice for somebody who likes tingy taste.
If you prepare excess quantities, simply add finely cut tomatoes to it with little more yogurt grind mustard and coconut to it and thayir pachadi is ready :)
