Byckwheat is normally used as food for cattle in the USA. However, I learn that buckwheat flour is very good in controlling plasma sugar levels as well as triglyceridemia. Could anyone kindly enlighten me as to the availability of buckwheat flour in Indian markets. If so, what would be the generic/brand name under which it is sold?
