Hi,
I grew up eating this wonderful Masala Bread from Iyengar Bakery in B'lore (located in Vyalikaval or
Lower Palace Orchards). The Masala (spices) are
baked right into the bread. If anyone knows the
recipe, please let me know or email it to me at krish10641@yahoo.com. I would be very grateful &
appreciative.

can be achieved with a Breadmaker. Use the fruit & nut dispenser for the masala, like onion, g.chillies, curry leaves (all of this should be patted dry before adding it to the dispenser). Also look for herb bread recipes on the web.
