Dear Mr. Trivedi! Good morning! How are you doing today? Hope things are fine.
Today I talked to that lady I mentioned and she said her neighbour has kefir grains so she's going to give me some but she asked me to wait a little bit because she just came back from her holidays and she's still getting settled. So let's hope it doesn't take too long. I don't think it will.
Have a nice day!

Hello Ivete and Mrs Mano,
My operation "Molar Tooth" is fixed for Thursday.
Hope I don't have to get it removed.
Would prefer to get it capped.
No hurry about kefir grains . Will wait .
Take care,

Hello Ivete,
Thanks for your kindness. Now I am feeling much better.
Yes , you can now send kefir starter like last time but better wud be not to use paper tissues. Just ziplock would do.
After putting in ziplock, you may use paper tissues and again use another ziplock
Thanks again.

Mr.Trivedi,hi!
I didn't understand quite well how to pack it: ziplock 2 times and in between fold it up in paper towell, right? I think last time it wasn't dry enough. What do you think? Maybe this time I should dehydrate it more. Tell me something about it.
Bye!

Mr. Trivedi, hi!
So I won't put the kefir in paper tissues. It will go straight into a ziplock.
I think last time wasn't dry enough and maybe that was a problem. This time I will let it dehydrate more. I mean, I will let it dry longer. What do you think?

Hello Mr.Hemant Trivedi!
Due to some health problems, I couldn’t prepare the Kefir earlier. Before preparing, I wish to clear some doubts about it. I need yr advice on the following questions.
I have read in an article that skimmed milk, powdered milk, low fat milk and pasteurized milk can be avoided. Is it true? Because I wish to try first with a full cream milk powder which is popular here and then go for low fat milk which is available in local supermarkets. Secondly, Can I boil the milk and then cool it before mixing kefir grains into it? Because powdered milk should be used like that before making curd with it. I have nearly 1 tbsp of kefir granules. What quantity of milk should be added to it? Can Kefir grains be handled with fingers or it should be handled with plastic spoons only?
Then after the kefir is set, I have to strain it through a plastic strainer. Am I right? After straining the kefir, how should I clean the kefir grains and store again? In one website, running water under the tap is recommended. In another website, it advised against it. Hope you will clear all my doubts. Sorry for bothering you with so many questions.
Could you write clearly how to prepare Kefir?
