Lemon Rice

Can anyone share the reciepe of Lemon rice?Thanks alot

Here's my recipe..
Heat some oil in a tawa, add 1 or 2 red chillies, asafoetida (pinch), 1 tsp each of mustard seeds, urad dhal, channa dhal, 2 tsp peanuts,1 onion,4 -5 slit green chillies, 2-3 cloves of garlic and fry. After putting off the stove, add some lemon juice and stir. Then mix it with the cooked rice.

In a heavy pan, season 1/4 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp urad dhal, 1/2 tsp chana dhal, few curry leaves, 2 finely chopped green peppers, 2 red chillies broken into 2 or 3 pieces each, in 1 tsp oil. If you like onion, fry the onions till it is golden brown. Add 2 tbsp of roasted peanuts. Switch off the stove and then add salt, turmeric powder and lemon juice and salt. Mix it with the cooked rice. You can also decorate it with chopped coriander leaves.
During the pomogranate season, you can add the pomogranates to the lemon rice. add it to the mixed rice.
To make it healthier, add boiled peas.
You can also season the mormilagai to the seasoning.
