For deep frying use the Jr.Fry Daddy they are excellent and u can add less oil (i use less than what is recommended in the manual) comes out excellent-crispy,easy to clean-nonstick.I use canola oil for al my ccoking needs.(mono-unsaturated oil is always best of ones health, excpecially when deep frying.....

I want to know are u using both the canola and jr. fry daddy oils for deep frying?

  I use only canola oil in my cooking/deep frying.
  The Jr. Fry Daddy is a electric deep fryer.(presto model is the one i mentioned)
