I think it is a kind of biscuit which can
be made quickly and eaten quickly.( or thrown
away quickly if it does not come out well).

It is a kind of ready made mix which our indians can do badhushah(americans use for different purpose). Recently one of my friend said that she tried the same for some sweet and came out very softly (just like our gulab jamun mix). Simply, mixture of all purpose flour and other ingredients.

Bisquick is a brand name for a premixed "biscuit" dough. It already has flour and baking powder, salt, soda, etc., in it and there are numerous recipes which use this shortcut mix.

Gulab Jamun
3 cup Carnation powder 1 cup Bisquick
1/4 cup soji 1 pinch of soda
1/4 cup ghee 1/4 tsp cardmon powder
Milk(luke warm) to make dough
ghee or corn oil for deep fry
Mix all ingrediants to gather, make a dough using milk. Keep dough for 5 to 10 minutes. Then make small balls.(50 to 60 balls)
For Sugar syrup
3 cup sugar 4 cup water
few drops rose essense
Make one string sugar syrup.
1. When you make a ball out of dough, make sure ball doesn't have any crack.
2. Heat the oil/ghee. Deep fry all ball at medium heat.
3. After deep frying the balls, wait for one minutes and then put deep fryed balls in sugar syrup.
4. If you make 24 hours before, its turn out very good.
Enjoy.
