pls tell food that without adding oil,
rice and sugar eg. breakfast, lunch and
dinner. food that for diebetic, cardio and weight
watchers. no fried stuff pls.

nages i suggest you speak to a trained dietician because they can suggest a balanced diet with all the necessary vitamins and nutrients instead of experimenting on your own and getting ill.
