try NANAK PANEER as a base for paneer masala. NANAK PANEER does not crumble and hence the dish looks out of the world and tastes even better.

Hi
Here is my simple but extremely delecious recipe for Panner Butter Masala.
Panner Cubes - 25 pieces.
Tomato Puree thick - 3 cups
Water - 1 cup
Gram Masala Powder – 11/2 tsp.
Whole Garam Masala – 11/2 tbsp.
(Whole Pepper Corn – 11/2 tsp.
Cloves – 8-10
Mace – 2 flowers
Cardamom Green – 4
Badi Elachi – 2)
Honey – 2 tbsp.
Red Chilly Powder – 2 tsp.
Salt – as per taste
Kasoori methi – 2 tsp.
Heavy Cream – ½ cup
Butter – 2 sticks
Green Chilly – 2 split lengthwise
Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp.
Method.
Heat oil in frying pan. Deep fry the panner cubes until light brown. Remove and keep it in bowl. Heat oil in a thick-bottomed kadai. Add 2 sticks of butter to it. Once the butter melts, add the whole gram masala. Fry for few secs until you hear the crackling sound add the ginger garlic paste and the chilies. Fry until the raw smell of the ginger garlic paste disappears. Add the tomato puree, red chilly powder, gram masala, salt and water. Cover the kadai and let the mixture reduce. Once the mixture reduces and you see butter/ghee floating on top, add the honey, kasoori methi, panner piece’s and mix well. Let the mixture simmer for few mins. Switch off the heat and add the cream and mix well. Serve immediately with parota (madras style), Nan, roti etc.
