help needed to make the white milk payasam

brothers and sisters I`m really serious , how to make the milk payasam , and can rice noodles can be replaced with ordinary spagetti which we get in the west.And with what shall we replace the jowarisi

Yes, you can substitute spagetti instead of semia or rice noodles. First roast it in low flame. Then cook it with water until it becomes soft. Not too much water, just enough to cook it. Then add milk and stir constantly and cook until milk gets reduced by atleast 75%. Add enough sugar (about the same amount of spagetti).To increase the thickness you can add "concentrated milk" (Milkmaid) at the end. Do not forget to heat ghee, add cashewnuts and dried grapes to the ghee and slightly fry them and add them to the paayasam at the end. Jawwarisi is not at all important.

try vermecelli noodles. We get that in the west in different sizes. my mouth is watering thinking about it....enjoy.

hey...try this out..
boil milk..for about half an hour in low flame...on the other had..soak broken rice for about 10 minutes or so..when the milk becomes slightly thick add sugar..the proportion depends on how much u want to make..stir well till the sugar gets completely dissolved..
then add the broken rice..and stir till it gets boliled...add cardomon for falavour..
and thats it!!
