i want to know how to make a kerala style crab curry.

Crab Curry
Ingredients
1. Crab 1 kg
2. Chilli powder 1 table spoon
Turmeric powder 1 tea spoon
Coriander powder one table spoon
Pepper ½ teaspoon
Turmeric ½ teaspoon
Coconut ground 3 cups
3. Onion One
Tomato 2
Green chilli 4
Ginger 1 small piece
Curry leaves a few
4. Kudampuli (tamarind) 50 g (soaked in a glass of water)
5. Coconut oil 2 table spoon
mustard one teaspoon
salt to taste
Method
Wash and prepare the crabs. Grind item no.2. Pour oil in pan, splutter mustard and fry item no. 3 one by one. Mix the ground masala of item no. 2 with the tamarind juice and add it to the pan. Add crabs and mix well. Cook for 10 minutes and serve hot with rice.
Another Method - Crab Curry
Ingredients...
5 tbsp oil
2 red onions, finely sliced
20 curry leaves
4 green chillies
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 " ginger, peeled & finely sliced
½ tsp chile powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
14 oz crab, cleaned & quartered
11 fl oz coconut milk
1 tsp lemon juice
salt
Instructions...
Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the onions for 5 minutes or until they are soft. Add the curry leaves, green chillies, garlic and ginger and cook for 5 minutes over a medium heat.
Add the chile and turmeric powders to the pan. pour in 8 fl oz water, stirring slowly. Bring the mixture to the boil, then lower the heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the crab peices and continue cooking over a medium heat for 10 minutes.
Stir in the coconut milk and allow the curry toheat through gently for 2-3 minutes. Add salt to taste. Remove from the heat and set aside for a few minutes. Pour in the fresh lemon juice and serve immediately.
Crab gassi (Manglorean crab curry)
Ingredients:
1 whole crab
15 gm coriander seeds
15 gm red chillies
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp mustard
8 peppercorns
1 grated coconut
10 garlic
200 gm onions
100 gm tomatoes
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 sprig curry leaves
10 gm coriander leaves
25 ml coconut oil
1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds (powder)
Salt to taste
Method:
Dry, roast all the items from 2 to 7 individually.
Add 1/4th of the onions and garlic to the roasted items. Grind to a fine paste and keep it aside.
Slice rest of the onions and chop the tomatoes. Clean and cut the crab into medium size pieces.
Heat little coconut oil in a pan. Add onions and curry leaves. Fry till golden brown colour. Add tomatoes and cook further.
Add the crab and saute it for some time. Add the ground masala and cook it. Finally add the coconut milk and simmer till the crab is cooked.
Adjust the seasoning and finish with a pinch of fenugreek seed powder.
Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
