Hi,
I'm looking for Indian preparations...main dishes, chutneys, pickles etc...using pomegranate seeds; Any ideas out there?

  You can use the pomogranate seeds in the lemon rice. It will also have a good presentation of colors.

  Sorry to be responding late. I add pomegranate seeds to Curd rice too. In my family, we make a kind of rice dish with pomegranate seeds. This is back at home where you can find the sour variety of pomegranate. If you get those here wherever you are, let me know. I'll post that rice recipe when I find time.
