I tried making dhoklas but it turned out quite hard. Also I used Moong(whole with skin) the green one and my dhoklas turned out green in colour!! I am confused if you are supposed to use Moong or Moong dal. Please help!!

  I try to access the thread "Tamilnadu delicacies" by Mrs.mano for past few weeks. but i could only see until Manasi's request for kari avarai kulambu. But the "last activity" shows recent date. Pls somebody help.
