Hi Nages, this is a simple vege cake given by my friend. You can try it.

Beat together 250gm butter and 1 1/2 cup castor sugar until fluffy. Add in 1 tin of evaporated milk and 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence and mix together. Add 3 1/2 cups self raising flour little by little and mix. You can add in chopped cashew nuts or raisins if you like. Bake 180 degrees Celsius until cooked.
