All times in EST +10:30 for IST.
Add Whole Milk (1-2 teaspoons per head):
1. If your food is too spicy
2. If you want to thicken your gravy
3. If you need to add ghee or other kinds of fat
4. If you make biriyani, sprinkle milk instead of ghee and or water.
5. If the color of your gravy is too red, cut it with milk.
6. If you are making Mung Dhall, add milk at the last moment on high heat.
7. If you are making noodles, add milk a little instead of oil so that it does not stick.
