If you like to eat the sprouts raw, use the following recipe. Make a paste of green chillies, salt, hing and coconut and add it to the sprout. If you want you can season it with mustard sees and curry leaves.
If you do not like to eat it raw, boil the sprouts and use the same paste as above and make "sundal" out of it.

Take little oil in kadai and when hot enough add mustard seeds, urd dhal, hing and finally add curry leaves and red chillies. See that the red chillies do not turn black. When done add the sprouted moong and just toss for 5 secs and remove from fire/heat and squeeze a fresh lime's juice. U can taste and add more if u like it to be little sour. And enjoy.
And by the way, moong increases your sexual vigour and improves the production of semen in men. So if u are planning to get pregant.....u can make ur hubby eat it everyday :) !!!
