how to make mutton kothu roti?

Saute onions , curry leaf & green chillies in a pan.When golden brown add chopped tomatoes & fry.Add eggs & scramble. Then add tomatoe sauce, chilly sauce & soya sauce. Add cooked chopped chicken/mutton & saute.Then add chopped parottas & mix well.Serve
