curryleaves or karipatta

How do i store surplus curryleaves?. i brought it from india.as in place its hard to find that. so i really want to store them.. please help

You can dry the curry leaves in the shadow and then you can keep it for even an year with no problems. Once the leaves are dried, You can also store in an airtight container or in a zippered bag in the fridge or freezer. I usually dry the leaves and grind it in a blender for a few seconds. This powders the leaves into little pieces and it takes less space. And also since the leaves are powdered, we eat it with the prepared food, instead of removing and throwing the leaves from the cooked food.
