Hi - can anyone tell me how to make sambar and rasam powder at home..i love the south indian rasam and sambar and somehow the ready made masalas dont taste the same !!

  Dear Hemant, thank you so much. The sambar was really yummy. I made it exactly like the recipe and it was delicious. Though its a little difficult to make small quantities because I make sambar only once a week and cant use it upto within three days. Can I store the powder in the fridge?

  No problem even if you use the powder after a week or ten days .No need to keep in fridge.
  Avoid stroring for long time.
