pulicha keeraila enna enna pannlam?
can anybody help me in preparing something using kongura?

  You can make masiyal with it. Just boil it, mash it and 'thAlippu' it with red chillies, mustard. Dont gross out but I have eaten with some mutton fat added and cooked along with it :-).
  You could probably add okra/'ladies finger' or potatoes I guess.

  This is how my Grandma made it.
  Red small onion(shallots),green chillies, some puli,and the pulichakirai. Boil it awhile with litle water.(Make sure there is little or no water when u are ready to mash it) mash it with the a wooden karudhu or spatula.(Don't use the blender).

  pullicha keerai can be mixed with other keerai, to make keerai kadaiyal. Could also mix some parupu (dhal) when it is half boiled.

  you can make thogaiyal like you make Pudina /kothamalli thogaiyal without puli. Also you can make thokku with that.
  
  Cut ito small pieces and in oil season with mustard red chilli and hing, then put pulicha kirai and fry it (vadhakudhal) till it is cooked. Then add chilli powder and salt to it.
