hey anyone knows how to prepare mysorepa?

mysore pak:
requirements, 1 cup besan,2 1/4 cups sugar,1 1/2 cup ghee(melted),1 1/2 cups water.
mix besan and melted ghee and set aside.mix sugar and water in a heavy bottomed pan. Prepare a surup of two thread consistency and pour besan ghee mixture.stirr continuously.cook till the mixture leaves sides of the pan.
pour over a greesed tali.after a few minutes cut int small pieces.when cool remove from tali and store
time 30 minutes makes 25
