Fish Finger Chips
Ingredients
Seer fish - 500 g
Maida - 1/2 cup
Egg - 1
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Roasted bread crumbs - 1/2 cup
Preparation Method
Clean the fish thoroughly. Slice the fish into long pieces. Apply salt and half tea spoon pepper powder and keep for about 1 hour.
Beat the egg. Add maida to it and bring it to a dripping consistency. (Add water if necessary). Add salt and the remaining pepper to this batter and mix well. Dip the fish pieces in this batter, roll it in the bread crumbs and deep fry it in heated oil.
