I guess rose milk is what we call as AIR BANDUNG in Malaysia.
Well , just mix milk with Rose syrup , according to the taste you need.
Better to use full cream milk.

Is rose milk know as Sharbot Rohafza?

You can make excellent rose milk by adding about 2tsp. of sugar & 2 drops of rose essence per cup of boiled milk. Add a drop of pink food colouring & chill for at least 1 hour before serving. The same method can be followed to make badam milk also; just use almond essence in place of the rose essence & add a few strands of crushed saffron. A few soaked, peeled & thinly chopped almonds can be added as topping. This can be served warm also.
Sharbat Roohafza is NOT rose milk; it is the extract of rose and various herbs like khus(vettiver in tamil),etc. but is very heavily based on sugar syrup to increase it's shelf life.
