i don't know proper measurment.but i know little.lot of little onions(thin slices),musturd seeds,methi seeds,black gram dal(ulundhu)turmeric powder,caster oil or sesame seed oil ,salt,cumin seeds.take a big vessel and put in all those things and soak it for some days and mash it with ur hand for making round shape .put it in sunlight.repeat the process until the urundai get
dry.thats all.this takes 30 days.
thair milagai:
take sour curd in a vessel .wash the chilli and
take a needle and punch a needle to chilli for whole chilli .this will help to obsorb the curd in to chilli.then put salt and chilli in to curd and then put it to the sunlight until the chillies get dry.
sundaikkai vathal:
same as above
manathakkali vathal:
same as above otherwise bring to boil with salt and then put it in the sunlight.
cluster beans (kothavarangai)
bring to boil with salt and then put it in the sunlight.
tinda vathal(kavaikkai)
cut in to thin slices and then put in to the curd with salt ,put it in the sunlight until the tinda
get dry(it should not be moisture).fry in the oil
and then eat with curd rice .mmmmmmm.......
this is for who lives in us if u can not put it in the sunlight put in the oven preheat the oven
for just 10 seconds at 250 and put the plate with
vathal.repeat the process until the vathal get dry
(don't over heat).this will take 6 to seven days.
