singapore butter prawns

i love seafood. does anyone has the receipe for singapore deep fried butter prawns that are served in seafood restaurents here.

i would like to share with you the receipe for singapore chilly crab. it's not the best chilly crab receipe but it's worth trying.

3 large crabs cleaned and chopped into large pieces
2 tomatoes quatered
7 cloves garlic minced
3cm ginger minced
2 fresh red chillis sliced
mix together the following seasoning. measurements may vary according to your taste.
a} 6tbsp chilli sauce
b} 2tbsp tomato ketchup
c} 1/2tbsp oyster sauce
d} 1tsp pepper
e} 1tbsp sugar
f} 1/2 cup water-


heat oil.lightly fry the garlic and ginger till fragrant.add crabs and tomatoes and stir fry.
pour in the seasoning. mix and cook till the crabs are cooked. add in the red chilles and mix.

this dish is supposed to be sweet sour and hot.
