I would like to know some Tamil vegetarian recipes with coconut milk because there dont seem to be many(usually always using groung coconut). Please respond. Many thanks.

  You can look up coconut milk rice which you can cook either with raisins and cashewnuts or you can use plain cumin seeds and onions.
