I am moving from southern california to Norhtern california, and I can't take out my curry plant as it is 10 years old and pretty big. I have some baby plants that i can take but it takes time to grow.I am just wondering if anyone knows how to store the kadi pattha (curry) leaves). Can we freez them?
Thanks,
Prabha.

Prabha, i always put curry leaves in an airtight container and freeze them. they stay fresh forever... every week, i take out the required qty for the week and put it in the fridge . you can also use them directly from the freezer...

Dear Prabha,
I dry the curry leaves and then store them in an air tight container at room temperature.
