India and pakistan will they destroy their MIssiles with an accord

With the forthcoming Talks between ISLAMABAD and Delhi , will they both agree to destroy their Missiles and live peacefully ever after??? Will india take a bold step to unilaterally Unarm itself?????

Total nuclear disarmament of both countries is possible only if there are guarantees from some other third power to intervene in the event of a nuclear threat against both countries from within the region. The long term goal would be for all nations to be nuclear weapon free.
