  It all depends on what you define as a healthy body. If your immune system can fight off foreign organisms like germs and viruses, you can surely ward off diseases. We are begining to understand that you can not have a healthy body (immune system) with a sick mind. Almost all diseases turn out to be psycho-somatic in origin.
  Hatred is an expresssion of mental sickness. People filled with hatred can never have a sound body, mind or soul. They die from 'auto-immune' diseases - self against self - you are your own poison.

  yes in every body there are thousands of germs and viruses, some of which perform tasks beneficial to the body. In the case of a normal healthy body, we are just not aware of these germs passing into and out of the body. that's all..

  I think we knew for a long time that healthy body has healthy mind and vice versa. A strong and efficient psychodynamics only conditions the stimulis produced by the germs to reduce its severence.
  
  Now taking the stretch of analogy back to where it came from these filthy germs caused the misery and death of the peaceful ones not because these peaceful ones were filled with hatred but because they're ignorant, and preached peaceful human philosphy, and didn't accept that existence of these deadly blood sucking germs is real in the real world (which has a share of god and devil both). Now they are learning to see that, and there are agents on behalf of these killers who'd like us to know that we suffered and died for our hatred of unknown origin (why they're peaceful in the first place).
  
  And dear anu, how'd we like to strengthen ourself, by turning a blind eye to what's happend and happening and bask in ignorance till we and our family are victim of that. Or by knowing, understanding, realizing and accepting the truth and preparing ourself accordingly (mentally and physically).

  "attack is the best form of defence" Just like nipping things in the bud, the Indian soldiers must do something to protect its people(it would help a great deal if the Indians will shut the hell up about castes and other things that divide a group of people) . peole must not be blind in doing things, just for the sake of money(bribey) one may unknowingly bring things into the country that may destroy his own familty.
  The country must try to cleanse itself of evil while going forth into the boundaries to keep out evil from coming in. just like going to another country to invest in biz, india have must have dedicated people to go in to foreign lands & keep an eye on things.this is an investment too.
  Some of you might turn around and tell me that i am not an Indian Nationale (i am singaporean) but each time i have a conflict with my fellow-citizens of other races, the most likely sentence i get from them will be " go back to India"..Hence my interst in the well being of India.

  it is certainly a serious issue. Though I doubt the claim that bombing theatres showing telugu films etc would lead to an interstate war. we have the example of the bombay blasts before us. I'd tend to agree with what arasan has said in this regard. btw abhijeet your post curiously reminded me of Will Durant's famous quote:
