1 lakh dalits to adopt Buddhism in Guj: Vishwa Bouddh Sangh

Nearly one lakh dalits will adopt Buddhism in Gujarat next month, national president of Vishwa Bouddh Sangh Bhikkhu Budh Priya Rahul said in Jaipur on Tuesday.
The Sangh would organise deekshas for the dalits in various parts of Gujarat on October 5, Rahul told reporters.
He said the Bouddh Sangh would also work for removing economic and social inequalities in Rajasthan by creating self-confidence among the downtrodden through spiritual enlightenment.
Bhikkhu Rahul said the Sangh was starting its units at Ajmer, Jodhpur, Pali, Ganganagar, Churu and Khetari towns also.

I remember hearing over the summer that Gujarat state made laws restricting religius conversions as did other states like Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh. I was wondering if officials in Gujarat had planned on taking any action on this mass conversion. I'm not saying that I would agree with the state cracking down on those who convert to Buddhism but I just remember the state inacting the law restricting religious conversions so I was wondering how/when the state would enforce the law.

You're such a fool. What the fack are you talking about? Christians are crying!? No I don't think so! And what's all this Hindu thing about? Hinduism came to be known to the Dravidians through the Aryans of North India. It's not even the real religion of Tamils. Before Hinduism Tamils or the Dravidians of Harappan civilisation worshiped the cows and so on. Don't be a fool! Accept others just like they accept you. Don't try to make a war! Why do the hindus place such an inordinate amount of importance in all forms of excretions (both cow and human)?
Cow dung is worshipped as Laxmi is supposed to dwell in it:
Laxmi is also known as Sri. She must be smelling like total sh1t by living in cow dung & urine for so long:

There are recorded instances where devout hindus like Morarji Desai and Rajnarayan used to drink their own Urine every day as part of their religious duties. There are recorded instances where Hindus worship the human feces as holy prasadham.

Will changing religion alone change the status of people in Society ? If that was the case what does christian dalit mean. Caste system can be removed only through broader psyche leading to educational and economic growth.

sandeep many or most of the hindus dont like christians. and dalit christians are the name founded by hindus. but there are lot of forward castes like brahmins who get converted to christianity coz they like the religion.
