How come there is only ONE Backward class player in Indian Cricket Team and all others are either Brahmins or Forward castes? How come the management is all upper castes? Let us see the composisiton of Indian team which played recently:

S Tendulkar - Brahmin
V Sehwag - Brahmin
V V S Laxman - Brahmin
D Mongia - Bania (FC)
H Badani - Sindhi (FC)
S Bangar - BC
A Ratra - Bania (FC)
A Agarkar - Brahmin
H Singh - Punjabi
A Kumble - Brahmin
J Srinath - Brahmin

The above list itself shows how things have not changed a bit in India and despite all the fuss on reservations forward castes still dominate the scene.

  Thd dalits just get lazier and lazier withthe reservation system. And when they see that high caste ppl are still coming up dispite the reservations system, they get angry. But the reason for the high-caste hindus to come up IS the reservation system. Since the System denies jobs, seats, etc. etc, the high caste ppl have just gotten more competitive and more self-sufficiant.
  
  The only way to REALLY bring the Dalits up in India is to remove the reservation system, and make them actually work for their seats, jobs etc. The reservation system only makes them lazier.

Lets forget about cricket which does not test sporting abilites such as stamina speed or strength but is a gamefashioned in such a way taht brahmins will perform better. Some idots ( I have to change the word due to the filter) have the opinion that dalits are good for boxing and wrestling but they would have forgotten that the chief architect of Indian constitution on which our entire system is a Dalit. If you are a true indian you would think of ways to balance the society by giving opportunity to all the people. Yeah I do agrre that Dalits are good at boxing and wrestling for their macho nature. I remind that gentleman who argued about kambli who had an avg of 40 and the dynamic show of ramesh powar in the second one day against pakistan. insptie knowing that we are good wrestlers why the hell did u dare to comment on dalits.
