hi to all

this seems to be a pretty nice platform for my queries.. i have spent a decent time in south.

the people that really amazed me were the tamils .. is it that if you call a daliya paysam ... or u call shankaracharya .. adi shankara .. that makes tamil people so different? or the dal powder that people have there .. u know there is a similar kind of stuff in bihar called sattu ?

please i mean no offense to u people who consider themselves staunch tamils or dravidians.

is it just the language ... but i suppose if u isolate a group of imaginative and creative people for a long period they will definitely come out with tamil 1.1 which may soon have to be rechristianed tamil2 or wamil or anything ?

or is it more to do with politics which thrives on dividing people ...

we throughout india share the same heritage as far as hinduism is concerned practsing it in the same form with deviations here to there as adi shankara propounded it i suppose .

so what makes tamils so different?

  what we called as hindus are not from this country
  it is all from aryans inavation we called as
  hindus. previously we were not called by hindus.
  if u see the land documents or the house
  documents it will be written as only as saiva or vaishnava and chettiar / mudaliar / vellala
  like that only. coz the brahmins were in the schools they wrote the community as hindus or xians or muslims to differentiate. so that we cannot say that we belongs to hindus.

  so even in olden days they were more united and equal.

  The word Indu itself came from the Thamizh word 'Chinthu' and Mohenjadaro and Harappans were Thamizhars and it was proven by DNA. You say you are proud to be part of Chinthu Valley Civilization, well I would be glad but let us look at how India is behaving toward such proudness. The Hindis dominated India knowing the fact that the Mohenjadaro and Harappan cities belong to Thamizh Ancestors tried to carve a horse on one of the seal from these cities. They failed though. Not only that but the archealogical site isn't protected.

  Lot of the things have been stolen and perhaps are still being looted. I don't see why Thamizhans can't be proud of being Thamizhans than being proud of 'Indian' which a nationality that is converted from 'Chi'nthiyan to 'I'ndian and that most Hindis try to epic it as to have rooted from the word Hindustan. I said this once and I'll say this again, India can arrange a cricket match between Pakistan and India but it can't make an archealogical survey on the Mohenjadaro and Harappan sites? Atleast protect it and bring out the truth? Well, what do you expect? The Hindi dominated 40% Parlimentarians of Central Government of India will never let something like that to happen. Long ago they funded for this archealogical dig in TN and I believe they collected 30 crore rupees and were in need of 300 crores or something.
