Dr. A. P. J . Abdul Kalam - The next Indian president

Dr. Kalam is going to be the next Indian president. Kudos to a great visionary, scientist, social reformer, educationist, defence maestro and above all a true patriotic Indian. Born in Ramanathapuram, Tamil Nadu in a poor fishermans family he will make India proud among all world nations. Salaam Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam.

Dr.A.P.J.Abdul Kalaam is definitely one of the noble sons of India.But whether he should have been ade President when a more suitable person like Dr.P.C.Alexander was there.........!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dr.APJ was just chosen to please the Moslem comunity in a period of Hindu-Moslem clashes....... Dr.P.C.. Alexander would have been better........

The difference in the presidency of Abdul Kalam and his predecessor Narayanan is apparent. Narayanan showed the power and responsibly of the President (That of the constitutional head of the country) where as Abdul Kalam is a rubber stamp.
The President of India swears before entering the office of the president that he shall protect, preserve and defend the Constitution. Even as President Kalam is performing his responsibilities of a Scientist but not that of a President

I admire Prez Kalam, more so after reading his book "Wings of Fire". India owes its defense capability to him massively and its 4 the first time that a scientist is a president in the country- v ought to be proud of that. All Indian Presidents hv just been puppet presidents, atleast Prez Kalam is still closely involved in India's defense programmes. I admire his speeches, his simplicity, honesty, lofty ideals and the way he motivates young students infusing them with the spirit of patriotism and scientific thought. Which prez took that kinda effort earlier? He is a good Indian and I am glad he is the president.

I believe in "the power of one".There was one Mahatma Gandhi and one Dr Kalam.I see them as the Avatar of Lord Jagannath.
I pray to my lord on the birthday of the Dr Kalam.I was inspired by him and gave up everything to become a teacher.
I think he changed me so i respect him.
