Why not Indian National Flag be out ?

All times in EST +10:30 for IST.
Our official Flag act does not allow National flag be hoisted on our property on anyday except 15 Aug and 26 Jan.
Why not we have our national flag like our service man, on our person. why not we have our flag on my TV, vehicle, house, office and feel proud of our country.
Why not we, everyone have a little bit of India in us duly visible reminding us of our nation ?
What is the role of Cong party in this, while confusing people with its flag very close to national flag ?

Frustration will be more. We would not like to see a business having corrupt practices having national flag flying on the top of the building. Frustration increases if we see those kind of scenes. Whether this frustration would turn into a revolution against the corruption (& all such things) or simply it would make people forget about the flag is the question.
We have tremendous potential to "get used to". But the trend is now changing. People in Tamil Nadu voted out JJ when they could "see" her malpractice. AP people returned a responsible Govt. Whole country gave current opposition a good lesson for pulling down the govt. at the center. Taking for granted and taken for granted are changing. More people are now aware of many matters.
While believing in bringing out flag will act as a strong catalyst to the trend, I agree, the fears our friends raised here are not unjustifiable.
Apartfrom writing here, I have written to our Prime Minster also. I am planning to write to other key persons too and see how they notice/respond. Any suggestions, pointers ?

Hi,
This is my personal opinion and i am entitled to it. India is a very individualistic nation, whatever you say, it is true. I or you or the indian next door will write the nationality as
Indian. You do not even realise it, we write it as
capital I ndian, rest of you guys make up the numbers, I am the indian.
This is a weakness and a strength in itself.
It means we have problems coming together in crises and we can never never be killed off.
one of us will survive and nation as such will survive in him/her/it.
anyway, the flag thus becomes a symbol to be used judiciously, to be unfurled and waved in order to rally the people around it in time of need.
It is also part of ancient indian polity where the
special drums beating the then versions of anthems
were used in time for special crises along with
the flags taken out for those special occasions.
Many times, this would be an enemy invasion or
change of govt. at that place. The indian
armies of yore only used to take their special standards and flags out in case of battle only.
So, in a way the modern indian constitution
maintains that tradition.
for example, if you want the flag around you all the time. why not the national anthem too should
be there every second hours played on all the channels.
so the constitution gives us flexibility of being indians and individuals, all at the same time.

The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) standards has set different guidelines for the Indian National Flag depending on the material, such as cotton, wool etc. The specs for khadi or homespun was set in 1951 as follows: Ratio of length to breadth is 3:2. Details such as spectroscopic values for the four colors, as well as cloth specifications etc. are also detailed in the document.
Incidentally, Gadag in northern Karnataka is supposed to be the only place where cotton khadi is woven according to these specs. It is hence certified by the Indian Standards Institution.

Elancheliyan,
I think you have not come across the latest- but about a month ago the Supreme court struck down the law that banned Indians from hoisting the Indian flag on all other days. so, there you go..

Elencheliyan:
Good intents do see the light of the day, the recent ruling by Supreme Court is all about that.
You know what, on Jan 27 Dinamalar carried a photo news on the first page contrasting how in Multi Storyed flats all that the occupants do was to still hang their inner garments and the adjoining Slum people flying the National Tricolour right up their rooftops ! Verily, infertile are the imaginations that places country's future on the middle class.

Indian Flag is a flag of hypocrisy.India is ruled by the Hindi Raj.South India should have its own flag.
