The history, neighbourhood,prominent interpretations of Islam prevailing in that country, helps so far given to India, affiliation to the Imperialism, attitude to the Indians residing in that country, export chances of other commodities/services, cheap price of the products we can import from them and approach to Indian secularism are the factors, in my opinion, to be considered for our selection of the client.
If we are not ready other Western or Far Eastern country will provide them. But it is to be prior discussed widely. If the Customer is any Christian, Communist or Budhist Country factors does not vary nuch or vary accordingly.
