  - why should we vote for THEIR ( politicians ) living ? i dont think, a voter had ever lived, by voting for a politician.

  Not all politicians are like that , so why dont we identify the politicians who live for the people.
  
  For example , the CPIM(Communist) candidates for MP elections in madurai and kanyakumari are
  , both are so simple people , living in rental houses .
  
  So stil there are some people & political party there to fight for people truly........

  You have no responsibility..this is your duty as a citizen of this country..
  
  You asked a nonsense question "i dont think, a voter had ever lived, by voting for a politician. "
  
  You like it or not ,The govt elected by people will affect not only who vote ,but everybody ..The policies affect everybody ..So you are responsible to select better people who is going to decide the policies which you should follow in future..Looks like you will vote only if you get a personal benefit ,that means you 'a educated elight' is nothing less than a irresponsible uneducated fool who cell their vote for 100 rs or some free gift.

  - expecting benefits from these politicians...!!! HA HA... good joke... i have enough for me, my family and my dependants. i dont have to beg at these POLITICIANS.
  
  1. public is not at all benefited out of election, expect the business people involved in it.
  2. again frustration is the result.
  3. elections are NOT conducted in democratic way.
  4. full of violence. BESIDES ALL,
  5. the polling percentage in india is about 50-55 and all the 50-55% are of lower and middle class people, like me. and you know what? the government is decided as per the rest of 45-50% of upper class non-voters, who are wealthy. so, the real voters are not the deciders.
  
  government is for wealthy people.
  government department is for wealthy people.
  police department is for wealthy people.
  judiciary is for wealthy people. ( you know something...? one guy has procurred arrest warrant for dr.abdul kalaam, our president, the first man of the country, by bribing the judge... )
  education is for wealthy people.
  loans are for wealthy people.
  jobs are for wealthy people.
  
  - WHO WONT VOTE.
  
  pls stop lamenting, that, 'as a true indian you have to vote and fulfill your duty' and TELL ME ONE GOOD REASON WHY I SHOULD VOTE.

  Yes it is true , as the poll percentage is too low.Lot of educated ppl and middle class ppl just watch tv and eat, and stay at home,
