nearly rs.200,000 crores goes in bribe ,direct and indirect favours.plus countries 75% revenue is wasted on public servants whereas nothing left for public who is 98%.
is it advisable to spend total revenue on 2 % of public servants who are meant for public.
Income tax dept collects and spends 90% on their own staff and office.

  But in India 200,000 Crores of Rs are involved everyyear which is highest in world.
  Suppose a road is built 40% goes to bureacrates on conservative basis.So many places so many works are done on papers for years together and not even a single rupee reaches specially in rural and tribal belts.

  the bureacrats are not so bad as politicians.
  if we have good politicians bureacrats can not get away. but politicians are corrupt to make money for elections - to pay the 98% people as bribe to vote ! therefore all indians are corrupted. only way to eradicate corruption is to abolish elections !
