Dear friends,

Could you please figure out what is the main reason for this AIADMK's grand victory over ruling DMK.

As there was no "wave" before the elections, it was really difficult to figute out which party would win. (Do not consider few politicians saying "I know already that JJ will win")

I just have few points...

1.Water problem in Chennai-"Krishna River water
plan did not workout against water scarcity"
What happened to the crores of Rs spent for that?

2.Farmers especially Kaveri delta area were affected very badly due to Kaveri water dispute.
It was not solved properly.

3.Tea estate workers problem in Ooty district never solved.

4."Samathuvapuram" was not a solution for the
crores of people who can't havt to afford a house.

5."uzhavar Market" did not impess the public so much.

6.Sandalwood "Veerappan" case mystery and the involvement of Nedumaran.

7.Commenting badly now and then about "Hinduism"

8.Could not control Azagiri's activities and violence due to that.

9.So much importance to Stalin may be one of the reasons.

10.Kicking the ladder "TMC" after DMK slowly started showing their real "colour"

11.Did not want to find out the root cause for the violence in southern districts and punish the
anti-social elements.

Election time faults:

1.Vazhappadi Ramamorthy Vs Ramdass friction was
not properly handled and biased statement in favour of VR even though he does not have much votebank.

2.Sudden importanct to Kannappan and MDMK's withdrwal

3.Oppurtunistic alliance with BJP

4.Supporting all Caste oriented "Mushroom" parties.

There are few things done by DMK Govt...

DMK Govt done a good job for the IT Industry development (Tidal Park)

Still ...I expect more reasons for this change..

  We allow criminals and dacoits to rule us and then later worry about the length and depth of the problems that they might pose for our society and end up spending the next 5 yrs doing the same and at the end of 5 yrs, we change the person who governs us, BUT, OUR PLIGHT AND THE PLIGHT OF THE PEOPLE REMAIN THE SAME....

  * stalin,maran,azhagiri and many of karunanidhi's family dominated the government.
  *planned to bring stalin as the next C.M.
  *JAYA TV showed the real picture of DMK's
  and about karunanithi asset during 1960's and present status
  * become too old

  DMK's overconfident makes the blunder mistake like
  selection of its alliance.
  They must have breake the tie with BJP after Tehelka exposure. If BJP is not with DMK then TMC, CPM, CPI exetra would have been joined together with DMK without any hesitation.

  Jaya's Govt. is too bad.:
  Ex.CM arrested in the mid-night without any arrest warrent.
  Two central MPs arrested without central Govt's approval.
  Media persons are manhandled by the Police throughout Tamil Nadu.
  Yesterdays (26-7-2001) news: Lathi Charge on School Childrens who protest against the School authorities and the Govt.
  Before election, Jaya said Krishna water Tunnels are not Completed and Krishna water never comes to Chennai. Now she says Krishna water reached Chennai.!!. Yes, Krishna water reached now and before. Krishna water released now because DMK chief wrote letter to AP Chief Minister. But Jaya stating that because of me Krishna water reached Chennai.
  
  Before election Jaya's Jaya Tv showed that
  Even single drop of water will reach Chennai because the channels are incomplete. If it is like that, how it is possible to reach Krishna water now.
  Fly-over bridges which are constructed by the DMK Govt. are useless and nobody is using it.!!
  Is it true?. They think the people who are watching Jaya TV are fools. Yes, people who are watching ONLY Jaya TV are fools. One should watch all the TV cannnels (including Star News, Zee News, Jain News, Sun News, Raj News, Vijai News ...etc.) and then compare.

  karunanidhi wants his family and generation only has to admin. the t.n. as if he purchased the tamilnadu.
  kaveri water problem was started by him only for his uncontrollable power and vote desire because he granted the karnataka congress govt. permission to build the dam for having electoral alliance with indira gandhi. he placed his leg on the stomachs of lakhs of tamil nadu people for the lust of power. so we call him " tonic'" (hungry creator for poor people)
