According to a new study, India will soon lose to Russia in offshore software development. The main reasons being:

1.Political instability
2.Quality of Russian software experts.

  why should it matter to any non preistly class indian bcz jobs in software are only for them, I have expereinced this in my campus recruitment I was very overtly asked whether i belonged to that community
