I think he's dead. The US military surrounded Afghanistan by land, sea, and air - I doubt he got away. If you're into history, you'll remember that Hitler commited suicide & had aids burn the body. In my opinion, Osama's death is not that different.

  You are right Expat, I had the same theory in mind. His aids might have buried him and the place concealed. Now the infinite search by US will go on... for years to come. And when we are as old as 80 something may be his remains will be discovered. Who knows how the world will look like then? Or will there be the World at all? I wonder!!

  I have a few theories.
  
  1.The Americans already have him.
  2.He has shaved his beard, donned some levies and living under the stars and stripes.
  3. He did the Dr Evil Trick like in the Austen Powers movie, He left in a freezing capsule thingy.
