Anyone out there has any thoughts or already doing such activities???

I have thought out a lot on this , if anyone interested mail me directly and also those who are already involved in such project or those who have any ideas i would really really appreciate if you can share your thoughts and experience.

  There are plenty of NGOs in Tamilnadu. I am sure you will find plenty if you seriously ask around. From the topic it is not clear what your specific area of interest is.
