why many(/most) man(/woman) in India never bother about physical fitness particularly after marriage.

  sesh!! It seems you are truly enjoying these threads. Most of the threads in FH are very boring with no brain cell activity. So I thought I would add a little spice; and fridge, shakthi, you are all contributing to it. And we have been able to produce magestic mess-up of thoughts!!!

  Upgrading from Girlfriend 7.0 to Wife 1.0 was a big irreversible mistake, obviously because the application Wife 1.0 is not compatible with his operating system. Unfortunately it is not possible to know the compatibility in advance before upgrading, and once you do it, it is too late. So the wise guys stay with Girlfriend application with whatever version they have or upgrade to next version (like to Girlfriend 8.0) rather than converting it to Wife application.
  The poor guy is surely stuck with it. He should either continue to bear with the volatile nature of Wife 1.0 (upgrading to next version Wife 2.0 would be worse blunder) or if he is capable, debug Wife 1.0 so that it doesnot crash his favourite applications. But I doubt, however a good programmer he is, he would succeed in debugging Wife 1.0 to his liking.

  I suspect some people have 'happiness genes' in them. We notice some people are happy, even in the midst of many odds.
  
  Seriously, the book 'How to win friends and influence people', by Dale Carnegie has been my bible, apart from other great works.

  "I am OK, You are OK" is written by a very renowned psychiatrist Thomas A Harris and not by Dale Carnegie. The concepts of "I am OK, You are OK" was possible due to revolutionary 'Transactional Analysis' which made possible proper understanding and analysis of one's personality at different times in different transactions.
  I don't know who has written "Stop worrying, start living". I have heard about that book, but haven't read it.

  Indian girls/women after marriage dont seems to
  take care of theirs and dont allow the man either.
  every1 wud accept they dont look gr8 AM.

  I think Dale Carnegie DID NOT commit suicide.
  I think THIS SITE is the source for this new rumor, and it never happened.

  Woman are always fit, the men are the ones who always need a to go on a diet, as for the big belly of married men, their excuse is that they are happily married and in my community they say they are not fat, they say they are healthy:-).

  ha ha good one, infact, they say I am NOT healthy, cos I do not have flabby belly, my mum says my wife don't feed me well, ha ha, infact I eat like hell, but work out at the gym 5 days a week, so hmm, saying men are the one who needs to go on a diet is quite wrong, :-), but beauty is women, so women should look after them self's to maintain their figure, infact most of the women do not do any physical exercise after marriage.
