CAS was inmplemented in Chennai and any protests were ignored by the central government. After the introduction of CAS in South Delhi, area infested by filthy rich people and finding that response to CAS to be poor here, the centre is planning a rethink on CAS and eventually may be withdrawn. Isnt this discrimination meted out to Dravidians?
