Since the times of Margaret Thatcher, it seems that the level of accountability has degenerated. There is limited or no checks on many areas. To name a few: - Finace, Policies and Procedures, value for money's worth, standard of qualification for both staff and student and research in improving quality of teaching.It would appear that foreing students have become the number one target - eg. when Polytechnics were changed to full fledged universites, yet failed to meet the requisite standard, yet posed as a full fledged university.

  7. The Nigerian student in question carried out a series of crimes which could be picked up not only from the early stages of my residency, but things I said to flat mates on telephone, botho whichwere deleted from the video.
  
  8. The name of the ousing officer responsible for the block we were residing in, was on the list of people for the police to speak to. The police did not spak to the housing officer and did not inform me that that was not done, until discovery for court action in 1998, it was then realised when no report was disclosed. This is another matter put before the police from July 2002 in writing, a copy of which my dean and ohers received, but to date the police again, has not responded.
  
  9. As stated in '4' above, the full facts of case as I said are with authorties. The 243 pages printed out by JC Gaunt for the court referred to in '4' above are in possession of his Honour Judge Grenfell has in possession at leeds High Court. It is to be noted that the 'response' to the lower Judge's views which was prepared by me, dated and faxed to the court on 9.9.03, making reference to the 243 pages from JC Gaunt which not only sets out the facts, but the seies of interferences and obstructions cased by agents of Leeds University e al relating to and assisted them, was interferred with at the public computer clusters where I was working. I brought this to the attention of the court on 5th January 2004 in a faxed letter.
  
  10. I relaised in 2002 that not only my witness statement filed at court on 14th June 1999 was altered where crucial acts were affected, but the same occured in my statements to the European Court of Human Rights finalised on the computing system of Sussex University, 31st January 2001.
  
  11. Coincidentally, the parts of my claim filed Decemebr 1996 at leeds County Court relating to the facts missed as stated above in '10', has been ommitted from a judgment of 24th May 1999 at Leeds County Court.
  
  
  NB. The missing facts from both my witness statement of 14th June 1999 filed at court on that dat and my European Court application filed on 31st Jnaury 2001 referred to in '10' above, relates to an ommission of my claim back in May 24th 1999, reflected in the judgment of 24th May 1999.
  
  12. There were various problems with the list of documents disclosed by Leeds University in October/November 1998 and prior, there were many problems getting them to disclose it.
  
  13. It turned out that Leeds University had intended to ommit certain documents from its list for them not to be relied on at court. These documents they intended to ommit from their list, clearly relates to the missing facts from the statments referred to in '10' above.
  
  14. There were problem with my examination in 1996 at Leeds University inclduing not getting the same quesitons as other students who at with me, had me signing my name on a sheet which was not the same shet the other students who sat the exams with me, signed on.

  It is important that you reserve your views until I complete my lists. I don't care what any agent have to say and how undercover they come. They will simply be ingored. What I am trying to point out, is the relationship between certain facts and activities and if there is no case and if te authorities were not cooperating against my case, why did these things happen and what other explanation could there be for such results? I was hoping to do this list in a more precise chronological order, but find it a bit diffcult. Nevertheless, in my analysis and argument, the numbered points will be referred to.

  Before I proceed, in relation to point '1', I paid my accommodaiton fee all by cheques and te payments/rates for the first term is the same for that of my other mate who shared the university flat. Further, I met a few there who arrived before me and a one came a few days after I did and met me there, long long before 20th October. In 1996, to cover up the altered accomodaiton bill having removed the true one from my flat and placed another, they deposited the difference I was changed between 5th and 20th october 1995 into my account as an overpayment. Thye ven forged my initals on the deposit slip
  as if I did the deposit. When I found this out, they tried to find ways to cover it up
  
  NB. The story/false premise they told the police where the police repeated it to Sussex University, school of law, coincide with the falsified accommodation bill, overpayment, editd video etc.
  
  In relation to point '3' it is the taught 1995/96 hanbook which they changed and dropped in my flat etc.

  Please bear with me. I have a list of things already dictacted to type up and post. As most of you would know I recently returned home and now
  trying to get settled back here. I also have to do my shae in helping my parents having been away from them so long. So, I am under a lot of pressure and will be for a while, but will come here and post now and then.

  May I add, that the stub of the cheque issued as an overpayment, was found in a bag on top of my cupboard in my leeds flat in early 1997.
  
  NB.1.I know nothing about this cheque or stub. i never received it and I did not deposit it into my account, but it was with an initial looking like mine. Found in this said flat also, was the original of the new/falsified accomodation bill starting from 20th October 1995 while the one I knew of starting from 5th october 1995 could not be found.
  
  NB.2. While I met two females in the flat I moved into on 5th October 1995, two came later, one after the other and that was long before 20th October 1995.

  Somewhere in the last few months above in this thread, it states to the effect that Ms Coulsey and Mr. Slater are “now” tampering with the court file, involved in burglary and theft activities and interference with my computer data. I said this was happening since 19978 involving these two solicitors. But obviously, they got agents to sit next to me and spy on my files and when I was online editing before I post, they distorted my data to include the word “now”.
  
  Once I realized since earlier this year that this is how they were accessing my computer data while I am online, I developed a habit of taking out my floppies from the drive when I am online. It took a while to be consistent with this approach, but now I am consistent. Ever since, my writing looks a lot better (except for the times when I am in a hurry and or feel stressed out).
  
  The hungry fools cannot accept that they are losers. All they have done are catching up with them. Since February 2004 (like in 2001, 2002 and 2003) upon my return to Canada, they have sub-contacted (perhaps at more than one level, meaning they could have about three or four or more down lined contractors) with agencies to hide their identity as to who is really hiring agents (blacks and whites (but mainly blacks) parading in my neighborhood to watch where I go and ho I communicate with. I want to see who long they can do this in a foreign jurisdiction. They think they can scare me off with blacks to get me to drop my case. O, no.
  
  This is why too, when I published in this thread that they are not accountable for Finance, they are accountable to themselves, they got the admins to take it out. If they were accountable for spending, then the evidence that they pay agents to follow students would show.

  I haven't forgotten about this thread. I am just not ready to complete it.
  
  They are continuing to watch and follow me to know of my moves ad plans and I have made it a joy because the truth is I am able to enjoy my life and live a normal life, do the things I want to do and I am happy with my progress since my permanent return from Britain. I use to feel the day will never come for my return when I can do and enjoy these things once again. So they can follow all they want and watch my progress and good life which they can't interfere with as they wish in their secret minds and like they have done for a number of years while I was in their clutches in Britain and by the looks of it, they will be doing that for a long time and have alot more to spend.
  
  Now I do all my data processing from home without any fear of further burglary by them to get to my computer and geting by passwords etc. and can write and read emails in privacy. So, I finally got rid of those "hounds" in this big way after they have destroyed and stolen and interfered with two of my computers causing me to struggle for a long time to get another back. This is why I use t use public computers most of the time and they had the advantage of that too in interfering with and frustratng my work as I explained in other threads.

  There was a dog/agent in this thread as in other threads protecting the interest of Leeds University, English and whites in general in the most diplomatic way. I sighted him long time, but now ale to confirm that he was in fact an agent of them.
  
  When he came in this thread(if the post still exists), he tried to confuse Leeds University(the main old University) with the polytechnic/metropolitan university in Leeds. Really and truly, he was trying to hide that the problem I am complaining of ocured at the Metropolitan, when in fact it was at the main university where I attended. This "dog" came as "Tamacha" ec. etc. elsewhere.
