I support your move to curtail certain threads from appearing in sections in which they don’t belong and are also incendiary in nature. But what I would suggest is that instead using an arbitrary rule of thump that you guys post a rules of netiquette for this forum hub so that completely harmless thraeds such as

  If Nisala was trying to derail the discussion, as you have rightly pointed out in these examples, then he is not alone. There have been worst offenders. Take Madurai Veeran for example. In the thread "Vedic roots of ancient Tamils", he was not able to make one contribution from literature or history. But that didn't stop him from abusing Brahmins, Sanskrit etc., freely dishing out his own brand of lies, until he was exposed by me on each count. Remember that Madurai Veeran is not alone. He is in the august company of a few more like-minded souls.
  
  So, if FH can tolerate such free usage of expletives and abusive language, then I think it has room for Nisala.
  
  On the other hand, it will be a good idea to have a set of moderators, who will own the thread and they can ensure that abusive or irrelevant posts don't creep in.
