also, what kind of thayir to use for that.
can i use buttermilk we get here from local grocery stores...can i use plain yogurt from local stores?

Hello Menaka,
To make Mooru curry, you may use either the butter milk or the plain yogurt from the store or the yogurt you make at home. To make it sour, keep the yogurt or the butter milk outside on the kitchen counter over night and it will be sour by morning. Hope I answered your querries.
