Hi,
What kind of pastry sheets can I use for making samosas?
Are these the same as the ones for puffs?
Please let me know.

Aarthi, I use Pepperidge Farm puff pastry sheets. These are available in all grocery stores in the US.

Can I use them for puffs and for samosas? Are they the same sheets for both?

For Samosas, I use Pepperidge Farm Buttermilk Pancake ready to bake dough. For Veg Puff, the puff pastry sheets are good.

To make samosas you can even use the Chinese egg roll wraps, these are much sturdier than the puff pastry sheets and hold up when you deep fry the samosas. You can get these in the produce (vegetable) aisle of the supermarket along side tofu and similar products.
