Lamb Paranda

Although I have looked through several cookbooks, I cannot find a recipe for Lamb Paranda. Can anyone help?

Thank you for your reply. Actually, Hemant responded some time ago to set me straight about my ignorance regarding this recipe. He posted it in response to my inquiry and I am grateful. Since that time I have learned so much about South Indian cuisine and am infatuated. I read Hemant's every word. Well, almost.
